Not more important, but foundational, and thats the law of intentionality. Im just consuming that and digesting it. Number two, make that commitment public. Im now older and Im going to have to assume a leadership responsibility as well. And early on for me in that whole nurture environment, I probably did some real faking, or posing, that I liked change. The timing of this happened to be pivotal this year for you, but you spent, John mentioned, at least one hour a week. You can observe it and learn, you can teach and learn, you can get feedback and learn. No, its not. They are the same age: three to five years. But for me, any change, and a lot of times even in my family life or even in very personal things to me, change, very quickly after the change is recognized, were going to have to change, theres some changes coming, very quickly, Im able to, and I think this is all discipline, Im able to adjust that and say, Okay, whats going to be the positive out of this change? And again, I dont think that thats necessarily natural to me, although I have an optimistic bent to my personality. That was with some parts of our organization having best years ever, some teammates having personal best years ever. Its a huge question. I love that. That was a challenge. And much of that change starts within each of us, the leader. Theres two things that I want to challenge you to do personally because Im so passionate about personal growth, and its only the, what is this, the 18th of the month?
