Try to understand the difference between truth and the perception of truth, much of the Game of Thrones plot hinges on this. Sansa and Tyrion last see each other at Joffrey's wedding in season four, an occasion that ends in the young king's death and Sansa fleeing King's Landing. The writers could easily reveal that Tyrion and Sansas marriage is still valid, or they could land on the fact that Sansa is a single woman after Ramsays death. Tyrion is unable to consumate the marriage as it is clear that Sansa is terrified and unwilling to go through with it. But, luckily, that also means she's free. Entertainment Weekly mentioned in their set report that "Ramsay finds a new plaything to torture" this season. Theres a hitch, though. When the Tyrells attempt to plot to marry Sansa into their family, it is Willas that they intend to marry her to, not to Loras, but their plans are foiled by the Lannisters in the books as well.
